Stockholm is called Venice of the North. But you knew that. And you probably knew why? It is built on a group of islands so there is water all around.
The Stockholm Archipelago has more than 30.000 island and the bus that takes you to the harbor where the boats depart from to see those islands is right outside our door.
Busses to Old Town, the Vasa museum and other things you don’t want to miss also depart from right outside the door. I’m not kidding!
Old Town is something you can’t miss. That is the part of town where you find the Royal Palace and where Stockholm was founded.
But there are loads of things to see and do here.
